Prayer, Presence, Power!


When we say we need AWAKENING and REVIVAL, we are saying that we need the Holy Spirit in POWER, in dominion, in manifestation, and in authority!

We need, and must have, the PRESENCE and POWER of the Holy Spirit!

So, why are we going about it through natural means or by teaching a powerless gospel, and not through supernatural PRAYER that produces POWER?!
PRAYER always precedes REVIVALS and AWAKENINGS. Throughout history you will see that PRAYER always preceded REVIVALS, mighty outbreaks, manifestations of God, and AWAKENINGS.
We must have aggressive, consistent, and persistent PRAYER coming from the Body of Christ so that we may have a supernatural, God-given, powerful AWAKENING in the earth!
That is what will change this world!

The heart of Lightnings Ministries is to have and maintain persistent, faith-filled, authoritative, anointed PRAYER for the purpose of REVIVAL and AWAKENING - for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven!
The Lord spoke this to me in the beginning days of this ministry, "PRAYER IS THE HEARTBEAT, HIS PRESENCE AND POWER OUR PASSION!"
It is also the heart of this ministry to awaken, enlighten, provoke, encourage, exhort, rally, and activate believers in the area of PRAYER for REVIVAL and AWAKENING! 


I would like to share with you a portion of a vision and an angelic visitation that John G. Lake had called The Portland Vision.

"During all this time I had carried my Bible in my hand. Reaching for the Bible, he (the angel) opened to the Book of Acts, ran his finger down over the second page, that portion where the Spirit of God came down from Heaven. Proceeding through the Book of Acts to its great outstanding revelations and phenomena, he said, 'This is Pentecost as God gave it through the heart of Jesus. Strive for this. Contend for this. Teach the people to pray for this. For this, and this alone, will meet the necessity of the human heart, and this alone will have the power to overcome the forces of darkness.'  When the angel was departing he said, 'Pray. Pray. Pray. Teach the people to pray. Prayer and prayer alone, much prayer, persistent prayer, is the door of entrance into the heart of God.'"

I want to encourage every one of you to know that the POWER of PRAYER is in your heart and in your mouth, through the Holy Spirit!
It will transform your life, your family, your nation, and the world!
We can usher in REVIVAL and AWAKENING and stop the works of the enemy!
Let’s be a mighty force for God, together, PRAYING, decreeing, and prophesying, while it is day! (John 9:4)

Praying & Decreeing Over President Trump Today!

We thank You, Father, as we lift up President Trump to You, today, in the Name of Jesus (1 Tim. 2:1-4). We plead the Blood of Jesus over President Trump this day, and we thank You, Lord, that there is a wall around about him - a wall that includes First Lady Melania, and all of the President's family - his children, their spouses, and all of his grandchildren! Thank You, Lord, for the wall of the Blood of Jesus encircling them with the protection of God, and even the protection of angels surrounding them as a shield! HIGH PLACES SHAKING

Much of what we see happening right now is the arrogance of those who have been siding and working with the kingdom of darkness. In their imaginations, they believe that they have been firmly established and are irremovable as a high place, a high tower of authority and dominion - believing that they are an established power! But, because the Spirit of God and His righteousness and the power of the Holy Spirit is at work through the Ekklesia - the governing Body of Christ - those high towers of the kingdom of darkness are shaking and many are crashing down!
